HO Coverage D covers
3 types of coverages: 1: if a covered property loss makes the residence premises uninhabitable, policy will cover additional living expenses related to maintaining the insured normal standard of living 2: covered loss to the insureds property makes a part of the residence premises uninhabitable that is rented to others, the policy will cover the loss of fair rental value 3: civil authority prohibits the insured from using the residence premises as a result of direct damage to a neighboring premises by a peril insured against, the additional living expense or fair rental value loss will be covered for up to two weeks

HO Coverage A covers?
Dwelling and structures attached to the dwelling as well as materials and supplies for repair and construction of those structures if they are located on or next to the residence premises. With no coverage for renters.

Included in DP-2 and DP-3 and pays for additional living expenses that the insured incurs after a covered loss, including reasonable motel, dining, laundry, and transportation expenses.
DP Coverage C coverages
Insureds personal property that is at the described location and is usual to the dwelling occupancy. Personal property belonging to the insured's guests or servants may be covered at the insured's request. Rental property or tenants property is not covered.

DP Coverage D covers
The insured in the event a covered loss makes the rental portion of the property unfit for normal use. 25% of the insurance on the dwelling is available for this coverage.
